2010 Australia and New Zealand Internet Best Practice Awards - Terms and Conditions of Entry

Entry is open to all Australia and New Zealand-based companies, organisations, charities and individuals.

There are five award categories with one winner selected for each category.

Entries close on Friday 20 August 2010 at 5:00pm AEST, entries received after this time will not be accepted.

There is no entry fee.

All entries must be accompanied by a completed entry form and contain all the information required as outlined in the entry form (available at www.bestpracticeawards.org.au/how-to-enter).

Additional information may be sought by the Judging Panel.

No entry materials will be returned.

Details of all winning entries may be published in promotional materials, through relevant websites and through advertising and the media.

The judges' decision is final. There will be no appeals.

Applicants must seek authorisation by their organisation or any relevant bodies to enter the Awards.

auDA and Internet NZ reserve the right to seek verification / confirmation of claims submitted as part of an application. Applicants agree to cooperate with the clarification process.

In the event an applicant provides false information as part of their entry, auDA and InternetNZ reserve the right to reject the application, withdraw any award issued to the applicant, re-issue the award and publicise their decision.
